Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Cullen German is an exceptional employee and truly deserves a raise.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on the evening of June 5, 2022. One of the male staff members was extremely unprofessional. He insisted that the "kids' favorite special" was too good to be true and that it didn't actually exist. After I showed him the advertisement, he claimed we had ordered family-sized pizzas, which was incorrect. He then said they could accommodate us, but at a higher price than the advertised $23. We had specifically inquired about the kids' special, and he told us we could proceed, advising us to inform the staff upon arrival that we had called about it. I'm sorry, but I believe this employee should be terminated; that is not how you treat customers. I've never encountered a restaurant that dismisses its own promotions. We will not be returning.

Papa Murphy's consistently offers a fantastic base product. However, it was frustrating that they didn't include the extras I paid for and failed to remove the items I don't enjoy. Though these may seem like minor details, they significantly impact the overall taste. There's a reason we have the option to customize our pizzas instead of relying on ready-made freezer options.

I've always enjoyed delicious, fresh pizzas from this place, but last night was a letdown. We placed our order through the app for a pick-up at 5:30 PM. However, when we arrived, our pizza hadn't even been started, and the staff struggled to find our order among a pile of tickets. As we waited, we noticed several customers walking in and out with pizzas they had just ordered. When my husband inquired about our order, a staff member responded curtly. I've never experienced such disappointing customer service before.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They greeted us warmly when we arrived and took our order accurately without any issues. Our order was ready in just 10-15 minutes, and the food was absolutely delicious! While they specialize in take-and-bake pizza, they really emphasize using quality ingredients!
