Galvan's Pancake House - Appleton

I was visiting from out of town and had some free time in the morning, so I decided to stop by for breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely return!

I visited Galvan's and, despite being busy, they seated me immediately. I ordered the low-carb skillet, which arrived quickly. The waiter was courteous, friendly, and attentive, and my meal was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, especially considering today's inflation. I would definitely return to Galvan's. The restaurant is very clean, the service is friendly and polite, and the breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend trying it out!

The food was very good. Especially the homemade fries and chips.

I witnessed an incident a few tables ahead of me that left a sour taste in my mouth. A woman had requested her French toast without powdered sugar, but it was served with it anyway. The waitress took it back to the kitchen, where the cooks began complaining loudly about the situation, questioning who couldn't eat powdered sugar in a very sarcastic manner. This went on for about five minutes and was audible throughout the entire restaurant. I felt quite embarrassed for the customer and, frankly, I don’t think I'll be returning here anytime soon. I'm very disappointed by the way both the cooks and waitstaff conducted themselves.
