In my opinion, this place boasts my favorite beer in the area, and their pretzel appetizer might just be the best I’ve ever had. The fried pickles are delicious, and the goulash soup special is a must-try. The schnitzel is outstanding; I’ve had it at only one or two other restaurants, but this is undoubtedly the best. The 'pig wings' or pork shanks are incredible, and I highly recommend the apple dessert as well. This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants, and my friends and I aim to visit every two weeks. Even if I don’t come with friends, it’s a family-friendly spot suitable for all ages. This place has truly changed my perception of German cuisine, and my coworkers, family, and friends share the same sentiment.

I was fortunate to grow up with a wonderful German grandmother who prepared the most incredible meals. Although she’s no longer with us, I truly believe the food at this restaurant honors her legacy. That’s a significant compliment! If you’re looking for authentic and delicious German cuisine, definitely give this place a try—I assure you won’t be disappointed. The food is outstandingly delicious. The beer is great as well, and they have a wide selection to choose from!

Great service, food, and beer. My grandma grew up eating German food and she approves. Reuben soup has a saurkraut bite, czechoslovakian soup was savory with a little spice. Strudel was amazing, shanks were amazing, the czechoslovakian goulash was also very good. The schnitzel had a delicious mushroom sauce. I 100% recommend.
