Pizza Hut - Antipolo

This branch has Horrible service! We asked for an update of our orders and they cannot even give a decent one! Took 1 hour to serve our orders. Pizza Hut should review the operations of this branch!!!

Pizza Hut lives by the tag line "Make it great." And I know it will always be my favorite pizza place but the branch in Masinag needs a major upgrade! The location and floor plan is not well thought off. Service takes too long. We availed of the 50% off the regular pizza price. I brought my parents who are already Senior citizens. So I had this notion they can make arrangements. We ordered pizza and we ordered ala carte. Thus they can take out the ala carte and apply 20% discount. I thought they could be more flexible. Pizza for 50% off is 50% off its quality. Not the Super Supreme I loved and expected. ???? Hope this doesn't happen to all Pizza Hut outlets I love.

Food is ok. Thats why my rating is pampalubag loob. But service? Na-uh. Never again. Im so freakin hungry that time. Imagine ur orders come in every 30mins like literally even the water the tissue the fork the whatever. Buti na lang its a get together of my partners hs friends kaya good mood sla pero di pa din. The resto in sm masinag is so small but i dont get why the service is so pagong. Never again! But dont get me wrong the foods are ok, the pizza cheese bacon cheeseburger i think with a sausage in the crust is yummy, the salad is yummy too, the carbonara soso, the honey bbq chcken uhm soso, the mud pie - they served it like its a soup. Freakin melted! Ugh.

I'm a fan of Pizza hut. But in this branch, I felt really disappointed. On our first visit with my friend, we ordered a meal for 2 which includes pasta, mushroom soup, regular pizza and an additional salad. It was almost 30-45mins when they served us the pasta. The soup was too bland and the bread is brown-dark (over toasted, I think).. The salad don't look appetizing at all because of the presentation. The carbonara pasta is burnt (it's like we are eating crunchy pasta) On our second visit, with the same friend. We thought that maybe we're just unlucky on our first try. But ????, they're still the same or should I say became worse. We've requested for 2 glasses of water and the staff said "sure maam, wait lang po." And we waited for 15mins. Ugh. Very poor customer service. Overall, I still love their pizza and hotsauce.
