Eggs for Breakfast - Antipolo

This is one of the best hidden gems in Antipolo area. The food is really good, great coffee, and really nice surroundings.

PLUS SIDE. The only choices if you want a dish with rice will be tapa and Vigan longganisa. The rest are Egg dishes and pancakes and the likes. Well, this is Eggs for Breakfast cafe after all. I really liked the tapa. I was able to taste the lemony sweet marinade of the tapa. The Vigan is how it is - salty. Their version of the Vigan longganisa is bigger though than the usual size. They have an interesting garden which I believe they use for events/occasions. I actually liked their garden. It's quite a romantic setting which will make you want to get loads of selfies and groufiesDOWNSIDE:The toilet has no proper lock. I had to figure out using a wire wound around that part of the door to use as a lock. The door to their kitchen kept on banging whenever a crew enters or exits. My Ate expressed her distraction from it. Since the dining area is quite compact, the sound of their osterizer reverberated loudly around the area whenever they used it. Still, this is a good place to visit with your family.

I ordered Vigan Langonisa and my wife ordered Beef Tapa. Beef Tapa was good. VL is not bad but too much fat. It seems that they do not know how to prepare (runny/slightly undercook) over easy egg. Coffee is terrible. DO NOT Order coffee. They have not done any improvement with their coffee since there was a really bad review in 2015.Plating is good. Service is okay, nothing extraordinary. Ambiance of the garden is quite relaxing. If it is only for the garden, it is worth the trip. It is good that there is a place like this with beautifully decorated garden. Good for photo op.I believe that they should hire or consult a good chef to improve their food. I do not mind but i will bring my own coffee.I hope the owner read Tripadvisor reviews if they want to improve

If you're a brunch person, Eggs for Breakfast can serve up a pretty good meal. The place isn't easy to spot so be sure to turn to Google Maps to avoid missing it along the way. There's a good amount of parking space, which looked pretty dodgy at first. But once you get passed it, you'll find yourself in a really beautiful place. It's a quiet, open space garden. You have the option to sit outside or chill in their cozy restaurant. My boyfriend and I ordered their Eggs Benedict, Chorizo Con Huervo, and French Onion Soup. The food was alright. Taste wise wasn't exceptional, but the quantity was worth the money. I was happier with the presentation and atmosphere compared to indulging my food. I would probably come back to try other dishes next time around. Would recommend this place for dates, meetings, or simply drop by for a cup of coffee should you be driving around Rizal.

We took our Brunch here before heading to Antipolo proper for our Hotel reservation there. We ordered their big breakfast plate which comes with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans and potatoes. I specifically liked the beans, but the rest, I'd say is average.The iced chocolate was good though. And the surrounding garden is quite pleasing to the eyes
