The pizza was not cut, and since we are at a hotel, there is no way for us to cut it. Other than that, it was good.

It appears that the pizza was not cooked thoroughly as the center is soggy and sticking to the cardboard.

I did not receive the sauces I paid for with my order. I consistently receive the wrong or missing items every time I order from this restaurant.

Ive ordered the gluten free pepperoni Create Your Own Pizza in the past and have loved it. Not this time. I dont know what they did but this pizza is terrible. The crust was dry, more than normal gluten free crusts go. I didnt get extra cheese or the 3 cheese blend that I ordered. I also ordered gluten free cheese Create Your Own Pizza. What I received wasnt that. What I got was some thin crust cheesy bread sticks, I think. I cant even be sure it was gluten free since the label on the box was the same as the pepperoni pizza box. I am so disappointed.

This is a lively place, but there is no excuse for the wrong pizza in the box. Only 1 of the last 3 times I ordered an N.Y-style pizza I actually got one. 1 was the N.Y style I ordered, 1 was an original crust, and one was a thin crust pizza.
