T-box Grill - Andover

Great friendly and fast service. Our chicken and burger sandwiches were very delicious. Attention: Google Maps shows two menus. One is old! Comfortable atmosphere. Not here for years. We'll be back soon.

I am not one to write reviews often about restaurants and other facilities, but when I went to try T-Box I had to share my experience. The host was very steadfast and had an attitude about himself. Secondly, the food was differentiated, but the waiting service was good. The biggest thing was a man (which I suspect is the manager of T-Box) was not his employees in a very professional way treated it seemed that he was speaking on them and did not treat them with respect she deserves.

The food was TERRIBLE!!!! I was excited, the place was full, but it was so disappointed. My husband got the juicy Lucy it was cooked over NO cheese meat raw. I have the chicken sandwich with regular frits for $20. The place is decorated for a barbecue. NOT RECOMMENDATIONS. WASTE OF MONEY

Host and servers were very friendly and helpful. Small menu, but the food was really good and homemade. Expect to spend a little more than your average bar and barbecue.

The staff here are friendly. The atmosphere was as expected. The food was terrible. I ordered the Juicy Lucy. Nothing juicy about it. The bun was stale and dry. The burger was burnt with no juice and cheese was absent from the patty. The menu is very limited, so come with low expectations. For me, I plan not to return.
