Braum's Ice Cream Dairy - Andover

Always great jalapeno pepper jack burger, fries and root beer. A pleasant place to relax and eat with the family. Update.. tried the breakfast today. Biscuit sandwich was great but the hash brown rounds were not fresh. Over cooked or kept in the warmer way too long. Sad really because up to now, our family has loved the food. :

The location is seriously dirty. The young lady helping us was really nice. But it was her first day. She mentioned she had 20 minutes of training and could only enter orders. Tragic to watch someone trying to do her job not be able to because of lack of training. Food was overcooked, and we witnessed multiple managers chatting in the lobby with off duty employees. She didnt even have a name tag...but they could be heard laughing about their exploits off duty. Just sad.

Cons: I said thank you three times to the teenage girl handing me my items in the drive through window. She spoke not one word to me and just stared at me as she was handing me my food. After she handed me my last item, I told her to have a good day and she looked at me and shut the window, without saying a word. Do everybody a favor and if you’re going to work in customer service, just be polite. Pro: life lesson for my kids

The staff here are always nice! I have never received the wrong item, even when the kids are picky

Best ice cream and burgers and fries all reasonably priced, and I love their grocery store!
