Pizza Kurier Mama - Amriswil

Wir haben hier zum ersten Mal Pizzen bestellt. Die Bestellung/Lieferung ging ohne Probleme. Ich muss sagen dass wir von der Qualität sehr zufrieden waren. Die Pizzen waren alle beim Teig knusprig und gut belegt. Wir bestellen gerne wieder

Leider nur zwei Sterne da Preis Leistung hier absolut nicht passen. Die Aussenwerbung verspricht ein Mittagsmenü für CHF 15 inkl. Salat, Pizza nach Wahl und Getränk. Bekommen habe ich für CHF 17 eine kleine Pizza die geschmacklich in Ordnung war). Im Flyer steht diese zum Preis von CHF 16. Bezahlen konnte man im Jahr 2020 nicht mit Karte, da sonst laut Inhaber zu hohe Gebühren anfallen. Einmal und nie wieder.

One star is one too many. The pizza that was delivered to me was incredibly small! Difficult to discuss with the restaurant staff on the phone if they don't speak understandable German. When he finally understood the problem, I was offered a replacement. I gratefully accepted. So, the size of the second pizza was also right (30cm diameter according to the menu description) and that would have been OK for me. The driver first apologized and then became really rude! I still had to justify the fact that I have a problem with the pizza delivered not being what I ordered and paid for and he said he didn't understand why the few centimeters were a problem. I compared the two pizzas side by side with him and he didn't want to see the very clear difference in size, which couldn't be overlooked. No, they are both the same size, of course! If you compare a 5 franc and a 5 centime coin next to each other, they are both the same size, right?! Unfortunately, people still think you're stupid. Afterwards, the pizza, which was actually really good, unfortunately tasted very bland. It was no longer enjoyable and for 21 euros it was far too expensive.

Food, delivery and customer contact are just perfect. I can only recommend it always arrives warm and is always fresh food tastes extremely good. 10/10
