Dutch Bros Coffee - Ammon

The baristas at this place are truly the nicest people I've ever encountered. They are incredibly kind and attentive to every stranger who walks in. Their customer service is outstanding in countless ways, and I've been consistently amazed by their generosity. They consistently go out of their way to lift a customer's spirits, creating an experience that's unmatched by any other establishment I've visited. It's this warm atmosphere that keeps bringing me back to this location time and time again.

I typically order a strawberry smoothie every time I go, and it’s usually great, but my experience on September 1st, 2023, at 1:00 PM was the worst I've ever had. The staff seemed rushed, and they served people who were behind us before us. Unfortunately, the strawberry smoothie I received was the most unpleasant thing I've ever tasted—it was like drinking a sour, dirty sock. I couldn't finish it; after just one sip, I almost threw up. I was too far down the road to turn back, which made me even more frustrated. I'm really upset about this and would like a refund. I probably won't return to this location again, but I may try another Dutch Bros to see if their service and drinks are better. I've never been treated this way or tasted something so off-putting. The drink was like sour milk. Overall, very disappointing.
