I found hair in my food! When I called to report it, they accused me of lying and insisted that it couldn't have happened. I offered to send a photo as proof, but they refused to accept it. They also denied my requests for a refund or replacement meal. The customer service was terrible, and the food was just as bad! I highly recommend avoiding this place! Missed a dish from the meal for 1, rang to resolve and was practically called a liar, saying they made the dish and was put in the bag for delivery. Am now in the process of claiming back my money via just eat. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from here again. From what did turn up was the worst takeaway food I've tasted.
