Burger King - Alsip

I went to this Burger King for the play place for my kids. They had a sign on it that said closed. Which is fine. But then the workers kids were playing in it. But it’s supposed to be closed so when I asked them about it the manager laughed and said it’s the workers daycare. Place is a joke and won’t be going back.

There were playing loud music in the back and I'm waiting for my food and stuff when I went to go say where is my food I see some fat guy with a beard he was kind of rude and making fun of my hair so I got made I'm leaving whit 1

Customer service was ok however it’s literally no one here and the cooks in the back are distracted or whatever they’re doing and completely forgot I’m waiting on another order! The cashier accommodated me for the wait.

They never answer their phone they make you wait in line 20 minutes for one sandwich sandwich. Customer service is extremely horrible. This location needs to be shut down.

The service I received was excellent. They prepared the food just like I requested. The manager, Letty, was polite and courteous. I will definitely come back to this location!!!!
