Smokehouse Bbq - Alpine

The grill is good, but it is overpriced. The portions are small for the price, and there is no restroom for customers to wash their hands. If the prices were more reasonable or the portions were larger for the higher prices, it would be a better value. They also need to have a designated area for customers to wash their hands. However, the food is good and fresh overall.

Great quality food! Quick service, affordable prices, generous portions. A hidden gem worth stopping at on the way to Big Bend!

I found this to have been some of the best Q that I have had. I got there at the end of their day and they accommodated me with a sandwich mixed with brisket, chicken and sausage. It was great! I’d like to suggest to them that as a new sandwich—if not already on the menu. Thanks for a great meal!

What a gem along route 90! Superb BBQ, fast service, friendly staff.!!! Those complaining they couldn’t find it should learn using their phone and if you complain about cash only, go back to your big city. If we come again through Alpine, we surely stop here again!
