Mcdonald's - Alpine

My pommes were good. my burger was excellent. I love it. my apples, I love it. the person in the window was very nice and cheerful. her.

Actually one of my better mcdonald experience. I went about the time of the 2021 snowpocalypse, and they were open until midnight despite everything.

I liked to see this place very clean including the bathroom. I like you have the choice to order your food at the counter or with a kiosk. If you use the kiosk, take a plastic number and place this number in the order. Then the staff will bring you the food to your table. Did I mention that the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic? It was refreshing to see that. The food was great, and it tasted fresh. They are located on a corner so they are easy to reach. You also have a good parking lot.

Super clean. They forgot my drinks as they did before. But they finally brought them to me when I asked.

I've been to many, MANY McDonalds in my time. I've seen very nice and enjoyable experiences and some which were far from great. With McDonald's you're not looking for an upscale experience or top quality fare.. you're there to feed a need. But, this McDonalds ranks among the worst i've seen. The ordering process was confusing and there seemed to be no quality assurance process to ensure the orders were correct. of the 7 meals we ordered, only ONE was correct. We had fries missing, burgers missing, and one order itself completely missing. There was virtually no one minding the front to address issues or customers and we had to chase down someone to assist. The only thing i can say positive about this place is that it was clean. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
