Austin Brothers Beer Company - Alpena

I visited this restaurant during my M-23 tour and enjoyed a flight of 4 beers, each 5 ounces, along with an appetizer and a late dinner. The beers were all very good, with my favorite being the Sumo Sumatra. The appetizer I ordered was the white fish dip, which was incredibly large and could easily feed 4 people. The assortment of crackers and bread that came with it was fantastic. For my main course, I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries, which was excellent. The restaurant had both indoor and outdoor bar seating, as well as flattop seating. The decor had a log cabin/wood theme and the restaurant was very clean with great service. They also offered free wifi and had pre-packaged beer for sale, along with souvenir glasses and shirts. I ended up purchasing a 4 pack of the Sumatra beer to take home. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

The restaurant offers amazing food, service, and atmosphere. They specialize in handmade sandwiches and smoked meats cooked in their giant smoker. The outdoor seating is fantastic and they have a wide selection of fresh brewed beers.

Fantastic selection of beers and delicious food options. They also offer souvenirs for purchase. Perfect place to visit with friends or family for a tasty meal and a fun time.

We stopped by for a couple of beers on a Thursday around 7pm and they were packed. However, the staff was friendly and worked well together to get everyone served. They have a great outside patio and beer garden with lots of seating. The beers werefantastic!! We also stopped by for lunch the next day when it wasn't so busy. The food was fantastic! Great brewery!!

Good beer and good food. We had the mushroom sandwich and the tri-tip sandwich with fries. Both were good. We will be returning to try more beers. I have been to many micro breweries around the country and have found most to be very good. I would put thisone in the middle somewhere. It was a little pricey but worth the stop.
