Przekaż informację zwrotnąSure I 'll admit I came into this location to see if they had a bathroom I could use. Not from the area and was on foot. I walk in go to the bathroom the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying Bathrooms for paying customers only. So Ifigured they had a key or something. I went to get in line and bought a Power Aid and asked to use the bathroom and if there wasa key. The woman working said Girl I wish the bathroom had a key! I laughed it off and went back to the bathroom. This timethe door was unlocked so I assumed nobody was in there. I open the door and there were two girls in there getting high. I wassurprised said Sorry and quickly closed the door. I tried the next door and it was open but the bathroom was disgusting. Therewas a open box of donuts on the floor, no toilet paper at all, none, someone prolly stole it, the toilet didn 't flush, and therewas graffiti all over the walls. I wouldn 't have even used it normally if it hadn 't had been am emergency. Ya definitely don 'thave to be a paying customer I guess to use their bathroom either. Not a dunkin I would ever come back to.
It seems that this place and the one at 15th and Tilghman are the only two that know how to make unsweetened vanilla-flavored coffee with cream and no sugar correctly.
This location is fantastic about 90% of the time. I visit several times a week, and I'm always treated well. However, there is one manager who tends to run shifts where everything goes wrong. Orders are frequently messed up, and the line in the lobby can stretch out the door because nobody checks the register for ten minutes or so.
The restaurant offers convenient parking, is easily accessible, clean, and well-lit. Their menu features a wide variety of options, including various types and sizes of donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and both hot and cold coffee and tea, along with some additional impulse items in the beverage cooler. I found the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an English muffin to be far superior to any chain breakfast item I've had, as it was freshly made with a toasted muffin, real egg, and cheese. While it lacks a distinct atmosphere, the place is well-maintained and easy to reach.
I would have given them 5 stars, but they served me a donut I didn't order. When I brought it up, they informed me they were out of that particular donut. It's better to let customers know when an item isn't available instead of making the choice for them.
