If they excel at those dishes, I feel confident that they serve authentic Hong Kong food. The soy sauce fried noodles we ordered this morning were incredible—moist yet crispy and packed with flavor. It reminded me of the dishes I enjoyed in Hong Kong. The congee with a century egg was good, though a bit thick for my taste; some people prefer it that way. The BBQ pork steamed noodles were among the best I've had in a long time. Unlike other places, the noodles here are very fine and soft, with generous portions of BBQ pork. The Western breakfast was also impressive. My wife tried their pan-fried chicken steak with egg, which was perfectly cooked, featuring crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also offer clay pot rice and Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches for breakfast. I’ll be sure to return to try those next time. This place tends to get busy in the mornings, especially on the patio, but the wait isn’t too long since the food comes out fairly quickly.
The food here is better than the typical Hong Kong café experience. Be sure to try the red bean drink!
The service was good, but the food quality varied. My baked seafood rice was delicious, while my dad's Indonesian fried rice was excessively spicy and didn't have much flavor beyond that.
The service is fast and outstanding! The staff is extremely friendly!
