Gen Korean Bbq House Alhambra

Ive been to many KBBQ spots so Im sad to say I wouldnt come back here. Could simply be my personal preference tho I couldnt enjoy the bulgogi it was all ground up and mushy and tasted like a hamburger texture when cooked. I personally like to experience the texture of meat. The rest of the meat was great (still in original meat form) tho since bulgogi is my usual favorite it def ruined the experience for me. That said, sides were all delicious. Staff was EXCELLENT, service was GREAT and the atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. If you dont mind ground up bulgogi ull have a great time here.

Gen as always has been a blast our server was super freindly and it's a lot different from the gens in norcal but still has the same great atmosphere service was great meat tasted fresh and the dribk were made to perfection I recommend the passion fruit soju

We really enjoyed our visit/dinner. The food was great, the servers were efficient and fast but Kayla, our waitress was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and on top of anything we needed. We trusted her enough to just order whatever the top sides and meats were and we are glad that we did. The food was delicious. We will definitely return.

The food was absolutely fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Just a heads up: they do charge if you leave any food on your plate, so make sure to choose your meat wisely. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and I’m definitely looking forward to going back with my husband!

We really enjoy dining at this restaurant. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the spices add a lot of flavor. The side dishes are great too. Their potato dish is the best—absolutely delicious! My favorite meats include the Hawaiian steak, beef bulgogi, garlic samgyeopsal, and spicy samgyeopsal. This is a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family, so we come here quite frequently!
