This place has been here for as long as I've been living in Alhambra (and probably before that) and as of me recently discovering their 99 cent fish tacos

Place is fine. I'm baffled by all the hate of the recent reviews. One person gave it one star because inflation raised the taco price? One star because taco price increase. Nevermind they liked the food? Bad review methodology. In any event. The food is great here. Standard Mexican flare. The service is mediocre because you are expected to get your plates. That's not terrible. That the type here. Nice place to eat. Plenty of chairs and tables for the size. Good place.
