Southern Smoke Bbq - Alexandria

This restaurant close this Alexandria location New Mexico. Recently the building the iCloud was torn down. I'm not surprised.

Looking for someone to contact me about maybe setting up at a event in Latonia and doing a event and setting up and drawing business for both of us! I work for cricket in Latonia and I am the store manager and looking forward for someone to contact me

Great BBQ that's cooked right out back. The food is delicious and the owner is a super cool guy.

Just left this restaurant with a carry out order. Our Bill was 52, I tipped the girl that took our order and ordered a beer and sweet tea also while we waited for our order to be ready. We waited and waited for our drinks but never received them. Our food was up so we asked about our drinks and requested a refund for the beer but would take the tea to go. However, the dark haired girl working up front was super rude about everything from that point on. she continued to avoid my request. After several minutes went by, while we awkwardly waited in the front with our (getting cold) food, She finally took out a “wad” of money out of her own pocket to refund me the beer by throwing it on the bar counter. we also noticed we were missing bbq sauce for the 2lbs of bbq I ordered so I requested that. she brought one little cup out- obviously not enough for 2lbs of meat, so I requested another one. She continued to move very slowly and was obviously avoiding coming in my direction. She finally came out with the other cup of bbq sauce and it was overflowing with bbq sauce all over the outside! I tried to clean it off but the lid wouldn’t even close because it just kept overflowing. So I asked for a bag to put it in since it was a mess... she rolled her eyes and tossed the bag at me as she walked past me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There were only (maybe) a handful of small tables in there at the time, so hey definitely can’t use being busy as an excuse! This would’ve been the fastest, easiest transaction if she had not been so rude and disrespectful. This is the second time I have been to this place and the customer service has been awful. Lesson learned- never again! With this place having subpar food, they should be making up for it by having that good ol’ southern hospitality! I mean how hard is it?
