I have been to the Honey Hole more times than I can imagine and always have a very pleasant experience. The workers are all extremely kind and attentive, the food is always top notch and the atmosphere (especially during football season) is even better! My family and I are frequent flyers and love it every time! The past two times I have sat there (the most recent time being yesterday) I have sat directly near the restrooms and couldn’t have even noticed because all I could smell was the amazing food being cooked! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to come here and eat. My 11 year old son calls it the Pot Hole cause of how terrible the service is every time we go. There is always multiple waitresses when we are there and no one ever seems to know who has what tables. We had a waitress tell us she'll be right with us as she carried a tray of food outside. Then another woman came and got our drink orders while we waited, and then we never saw anyone for about 20 minutes. I finally flagged a different waitress down she said our waitress was in the kitchen...When the girl came out she wasn't even the one who told me she'd be right with us I hadn't seen her the entire time we sat there and waited. She seemed in shock that we had complained about our wait time said she didn't know we were her table. Our food came out and the burger was so salty it was basically inedible. Getting a refill was nearly impossible. We were in a bit of a hurry that day, only had about an hour to be there, which I felt was sufficient time to order, eat check out. However we ended up being there an hour a half. The front entrance area always smells of mildew the restrooms reek of sewage. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took ONE HOUR for me to get my food in a DEAD STORE. Walked in 11am 4th of July, they said it would be 15-20 to start my food. I say sure, no problem. Takes until 11:50 to get my items. Not exceptional product. By any stretch. UPDATE: This was the only non shake replacement I had in 2 weeks, and I get sick. So therefore, I got stomach flu from here. From a veggie burger. Having diarrhea gas and fever from July 5 through 9th. Downgraded to one star, given avoid at all costs and pulled back from my credit card. Absolutely disappointing unacceptable.
