Wendy's - Alcoa

The elderly man working late at the restaurant was very unfriendly. In fact, he seemed to hate his job. I have had multiple negative interactions with him and it is clear that he does not have good customer service skills.

I visited the drive-thru at this restaurant and encountered an employee with a heavy accent who was unable to speak proper English through the headset. When I reached the window, the manager suggested that someone more understandable should be on the headset. In response, the employee rudely gestured towards me and accused me of being racist. The entire time we were ordering, I had concerns about the $48 worth of food I was touching, so I decided to throw it away, not wanting to risk what may have been done to it.

It is not typical, but this time the experience was simply awful. The food had no flavor and seemed like it had been sitting around for a long time. The salad on my spicy chicken was completely brown. Another person at our table ordered a burger that didn't even smell fresh.

Love ordering with the Wendy’s app. And using coupons offers. Or getting free food rewards from accumulated points. Service is always good!!!!

Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets combo. Got meal. Selected barbecue as sauce. Also Ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets with Honey mustard sauce. Got home and found 3 Honey mustard sauces, no barbecue sauce. Was an online order. They had my ready when I got there. Would give them a 4 1/2 stars
