Texas Roadhouse - Alcoa

I do want to start off this review by stating that we do go here often and we do recommend it no matter what our review this time is and that we do still plan on going there just not during mother's Day again. There was a 40-50 minute wait which was completely understandable considering it's mother's day. We order our food but was cooked and prepared incorrectly. The roadkill chop steak was asked to be cooked medium. It was WELL done and burnt on some spots. My sirloin was asked to be rare. I got medium well. Asked for chili loaded, got it plain. Ordered loaded mashed with no sour cream. Spencer replaced it 2 times and it STILL had sour cream. Forgot my order of fries. Couldnt get a refill on drinks. My husband ordered chili cheese fries, they were soggy like the fries sat there for a WHILE. Don't get me wrong, Spencer was AMAZING. His service was good considering how swamped he looked. A man in a red shirt with peppered combed back hair and a silver beard from the kitchen kept staring at our table after we sent a plate back. The staring was very apparent and was very uncomfortable. We still love this place. I just recommend going other days but holidays.

Entire dining experience was great..wait time was not long at all..

It was extremely packed. There was a line waiting to be seated. It was a bit warm and stuffy in there and extremely extremely loud. The food was good. but so crowded and stuffy and loud that it took away from the ambience of the food and the good waitress that we had could not even hear each other and we were sitting shoulder to shoulder with the people that I was with I haven’t been backbut it’s not worth that kind of loud crowded warm environment

I loved everything except for the parking lot and the take out parking set up. There were SO many people just pulling up and stopping in the entrance/exit of the parking lot. I would recommend another entrance/exit. There were also people parking to go inside and sit down in the take-out spaces. And there was a truck with a boat trailer parked sideways taking up 5 spaces. I know that isn't the restaurants fault but it adds to the point about the parking lot issues. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even forgot to put something in our bag and called us to tell us, we turned around and went back to get it because we weren't that far away. That was not a problem and the guy profusely apologized. The parking lot was just too hectic to go without saying.Parking: As per my review.. it's hectic and needs some improvements, especially another entrance/exit.

Favorite go to for decent price meal and/or higher end options.
