Taco Bell - Alcoa

I want to be straightforward like a typical Taco Bell. Great food at affordable prices, perfect for college students or satisfying late-night cravings.

The restaurant had just opened. All the tables and seats were dirty and in need of a wipe. It was difficult to flag down a waiter, as the one we did see was elusive and no one else offered to help. The food, tacos and burritos, were mediocre with minimal fillings. The drinks weren't much better, as the sweet tea tasted stale. The bathroom was out of order. Numerous other customers were unhappy with their orders. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

After placing a $40 order at the drive-thru, I requested to exchange the twists in the Chalupa boxes for nachos and add 3 orders of chips and cheese. However, when we received our order, the employee asked us at the window if the chips were in the pocket and proceeded to question my order. It was frustrating to encounter such incompetence and I can't understand why it is so difficult to get an order correct. The thought of being taken advantage of by charging extra for items like chips is disappointing. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell in my 44 years of life. It's frustrating to deal with this level of ignorance.

They are in the really good today not good it was so bad the kartoffels were hard as a rock play messed up both of my five layers burritos and they forgot the toro cheese on my quesadilla after I turned around and went back, there was a line as they wouldn't believe, and I called them about 13 times, they wouldn't pick up one so that I won't get back my money.

Worst taco bell by far. Waited in a huge line for 20 minutes then drove off. No reason to be waiting so long. I won't be back obviously. They never get my order right anyway
