Perea's New Mexican - Albuquerque

This is a casual and wonderful local spot for delicious New Mexican homemade food. My son took me for breakfast. The huevos rancheros with green chili was amazing.

Moved from Alb over 27 years ago but always come back to Perea’s for the absolute best chorizo and potato burrito with Green on the planet!! Bar none! You must try it at least once! Small restaurant but definitely worth the wait. Also tried the carne adovada with red which was also very tasty. But the burrito…WOW! So glad to come visit family regularly just to visit Perea’s too.

Some of the best green chili and refried beans in the city! This is my go-to place for huevos rancheros. Two eggs on flour tortillas, all refried beans, onions, and cheese, with two sopapillas! Angela always takes great care of me when I come in. I'm a truck driver, and I live here. The first thing I do when I'm back in town is go to Perea's to get my chile fix! Our family has been coming to this place for years, and it never disappoints. The tortillas are always fresh, and the staff treats you like family. The huevos rancheros are simply amazing, and the chile is always perfect. Since moving to Texas two years ago, we've struggled to find anything that compares. This place is a must-stop whenever we're back in town. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic and delicious New Mexican food!
