The hotel (Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque, Curio Collection by Hilton) has a stunning lobby that definitely has a certain one. Breakfast was good for the price and experience, but luckily was filled and still good. We had the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and the New Yorker with sausage. There was definitely a difference in the platter recipe that I expected to compare the two together. Would you like to return for some real tapas and drinks, but only had in the morning during our stay. The waiting staff seemed to be new, which is now completely understandable for a few days, but would have wanted a little more attention for our table and other remaining plates on other tables, as there were not many customers for the Sunday morning brunch time frame.
Sighs. This place has a special place in my heart, but it is mediocre. The other night in Ibiza, and the only thing that made it, is the cool atmosphere. It took 45 minutes to get $18 tasteless wings. This place has so much potential, but no one takes the time to cultivate it. Upstairs servers and bartenders are reworked without support staff. Eating is ALL presentation, no taste and definitely not the price you pay. This place rides on the fact that the chef was on TV two years ago and neglects everything else that could make this place great. My recommendation, this place is an interesting and beautiful place to stop drinks, but avoid eating at all costs.

Dinner was wonderful and I was thrilled to enjoy Koch Quiñones' menu; especially the bone marrow. We were wonderfully satisfied with the bacon wrapped data and also the Amuse Bouche. It was a perfect birthday dinner. With an extraordinary dessert of the Einog tres leches cake.
The foosmd was delicious. We ordered two tapas, two main dishes, and two desserts. Worth every penny. The manager (I think) came out and talked to each table. Staff was wonderful, the restaurant nice and comfortable atmosphere. 5/5 reccomend and would go back to try more tapas
