Icicles - Albuquerque

I would like to start this review by complementing the young woman with blonde and black hair who worked last night 07/14/23. She has some of the absolute best customer service skills that I have seen. If I could leave a comment or review for the two customers, John and Heidi who recently wrote two reviews I would give them 0 stars. Watching two adults degrade a young woman to the point where she started crying was awful. She was respectful kind and did her best to resolve an issue that was out of her control. However the woman continued to scream at her while her husband watched. Two adults with children should never use this behavior towards another human being. How would they like it if someone spoke to their children like that. If I could post the video I took of this situation I would! People who treat hardworking people with such disrespect is despicable. I am very proud of the young lady that did her best in a situation that should have never happened to begin with!

Leaving a review solely because I witnessed John and Heidi make this poor girl cry. They are the epitome of a Karen and a Kevin. The girl with the dyed hair was very kind, handled the situation very well being professional, and was well spoken all while the Karen was berating her. In the end, the girl offered everything for free to the Karen, which was an even better deal than whatever Groupon she had, and the Karen proceeded to order almost everything on the menu.Anyways... our ice cream was delicious. I recommend the Tres Leches!

I usually love this place. Everyone is great except this one girl who is always rude. I pay for larges she always makes them super small. I asked for two toppings one of them cherries. Even paid extra for Xtra cherries. She put 4 cherries! Lol Idk. ..........but Everyone else who makes my favorite order here makes them perfect like overflowing. this one girl is so tight with toppings she has glasses half white half black hair and an attitude you can't forget.

So gross. Not the food but the staff. Sneezing into their arms while preparing food, wiping their nose on their sleeve. The sleeve on their sweater was so baggy that it kept touching the ice cream. Also, we were there for an hour. By the time we left, the kids were tired and cranky.

4/21 We arrived at icicles at 9:30 PM and the girls there stated it was closed, with the door unlocked allowing customers to go in? Would be nice to have hours stated accurately to avoid driving half an hour to this place.
