Applebee's Grill Bar - Albuquerque

My wife and I enjoyed delicious food and tried some new dishes at this restaurant. We were particularly impressed by the WonTon Tacos. The sports views were fantastic, the service was excellent, and we received special attention from April, the manager, to ensure we had a great evening. Definitely worth the price. We will be returning soon.

I have not even picked up the food yet, but I wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars for a couple of important reasons. Firstly, the lady who took my order over the phone was exceptional in character and pleasant to speak with. Secondly, Applebee's, despite being close to closing time, allowed me to place an order for pickup. I am not from this area, arrived in town late, and my family is hungry. I called 15 other restaurants in Albuquerque and none of them except for Applebee's would allow me to place an order. I started calling around 8:30pm, thinking an hour before closing would be fine, but I was mistaken.

The food was excellent, the side portions were large, and the selection of tap beers was good. I have known this restaurant as Holy Cow for years.
