Abq Burrito Burger - Albuquerque

We had our first experience at this restaurant this morning. The service and food were good, but we can only give it 3 stars. While we were there, it seemed like the owner came in and yelled at the cashier/server, which was completely unacceptable. It was embarrassing for us as well as the employee. I would have quit on the spot if I were in their shoes. Luckily, we had finished eating and were about to leave. Will we return? I'm not sure.

On my most recent visit, I was disappointed by this restaurant. The tortilla was cold, eggs were overcooked, and the green chile tasted off. The customer service was good, but the food definitely needs improvement.

I may have encountered a problem with GrubHub because I ordered a brisket queso burrito and two raspberry cheesecake chimis but only received two donuts. It is quite frustrating to see items listed on a menu that are not actually available. If possible, I would give this experience 0 stars.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. My fiancé and I ordered breakfast burritos and lunch sandwiches from here because we were both sick and didn't have the energy to cook. The burritos were barely warm, the tortillas were raw, and the eggs were watery. My fiancé ordered a cheeseburger which had a patty that was half the size of the bun and wilted toppings. I ordered a BBQ chicken tender sandwich but received a frozen chicken patty on a too large bun with soggy lettuce and tomatoes. To make matters worse, the bun on my sandwich had mold on it, which was a serious concern for me as I am allergic to mold. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.

My fiance and I ordered breakfast burritos and lunch sandwiches from this place. Unfortunately, the burritos were barely warm, the tortillas were undercooked, and the eggs were watery. My fiance's cheeseburger was disappointing, with a tiny patty and lackluster toppings. My BBQ chicken sandwich was a letdown as well, with no BBQ sauce and a tasteless frozen chicken patty on an oversized bun. To top it off, there was a moldy spot on the bun of my sandwich. I won't be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.
