Ararat - Albertville

Friendly reception malgree the fact that the gerants occupied the only table in the shadow to the outside. We therefore settled in the room with the non-existent decoration.Plats without pretentions with an error in the service (flat in addition no order and well on invoices but finally c was the best of all) and has the wholesale presentation. I'm not going back to this restaurant and I'm not recommending it.

We have enjoyed the ararat salad as well as the dolmas dechoux stuffed with meat accompanied by a small Armenian rosé very pleasant.

It's a shame... a rotten experience. short menu nebious cleanliness....even the olives are infects (javel taste).... main plate type pot o fire too boiled...presentation even not worthy of a meal at home...we couldn't eat anything..o final after having paid by CB... waited the ticket too long. .on announces that it is not worth paying....I hope not to have other bad surprises.

Attracted to the setting and the simple menu of this new Armenian restaurant, we have been very disappointed: poor quality industrial cooking and not very fresh, low-end meats and vegetables, courteous but untreated service (all-skinned grease table, error and order forgetting and bad surprise on the note). the beautiful skewer and its accompaniments on the map are actually 4 piece of meat too cooked and warmed without any interest (no sauce or spice or anything), served with. a piece of chicken (finally a pile of bone, grease and cartilage) covered with sauce to hide misery. Beet salad hard to digest, cold stuffed cabbage and no interest. mistake on the order: we were brought the stuffed cabbage instead of the stuffed vine leaves. Okay, except we were billed the cabbage sheets that were more expensive. and the skewer advertised at 13€ has been charged to us 15! and we have forgotten to bring our water carafe. Stale bread. with the 2 kirs who were the only suitable thing we had for 38€!very bad ratio quality price so pass your way.

We found this place by chance. Thought it looked a nice alternative to others on the street. Hadn't tried Armenian; found it interesting and palatable.The food was excellent! Really tasty soups. Main courses with delicate sauces and spices. Enormous portions - enough for 2 to share. And only €10 for the main courses. Amazing value for the Alps. And a nice room - a new restaurant with chandeliers and tablecloths. It turns out they only opened a week ago; I guess they are trying hard to make their name. They deserve to do well.
