The Hollow Kitchen - Albany

Great discovery! we asked a random guy on the road and he recommended this place. I had laughs with juicy vegetables about white/wild rice, the herr had clams and fries, and it was all great. waitstaff was friendly and attentive.

I love this place, but your menu is extremely limited and unfortunately even the limited menu has elements that are sold out. bonkers when they ask me. I came to give them my money and they didn't have my food (wahhh) sooo I had to fall a star. whatever. they get brownie points for the bottomless mimosas and if they have all the items on their menu, eating is always delicious. brunch is only Sunday, but I suggest they try to get her luck and try to eat here. if they have something they want to eat on the menu(and it is not sold out) they will not be disappointed.

They sat 10 of us on the only outside on Friday and the poor waitress had to go in and out, but she was brilliant! the food was good.

My wife, who was for a high time in the city, and the bischof was very recommended by the hotel where we stayed. they have an infidel whisky selection, and their handcrafted exemptions are also remarkable (spicy margarita was great). we ordered the fried spirouts fried steak finger to start. then my wife followed with the crushed burger the beet salad. matte the staff was very hospitable, provided a great culinary experience. you have to stop!
