Simply Ramen - Albany

I'm here twice and every time I remember, I need to come here more often. I ordered vegan ramen with extra sweet and chili sauce and spicy tofu and sweet. I did not come over someone who is not with what is vegan and means so they let them know if something is not vegan and are happy to make the dinge vegan for them (means, fish sauce, etc.)

All rarms can be made vegan with tofu or sweet or both. the waitress knew what vegan means and was happy, obligated. updated by previous review on 2020-02-19

Cute, small place. Vegan ramen was really good, lots of veggies, and staff was super friendly!

There aren't a lot of vegan options in this area, and this is a decently tasty little place. Our server was pretty knowledgeable about which items on the menu were vegan, and she was able to adjust almost everything we wanted. Make sure to ask, because some dishes appeared vegan from the title/description, but contained egg or oyster sauce. The vegan ramen broth was good, but they use egg noodles as their default noodle, so be sure to ask for the rice noodles.

Waitress is unprofessional and must lose her posture. Simple mistakes could have been corrected, but the waitress did not give 2 racks and hung up. Extremely rude. Food isn't so good for the fucking customer service. Until she's fired, I'll never eat there again, nor the 20 other peeps I know. Gd Millennials.
