Kfc - Albany

My family and I really enjoy KFC. The food is always amazing. I love that there is an A&W at the same location. I ordered a family bucket of chicken, a milkshake, and fries. If you haven't tried the fries, you should - they are better than most places like McDonald's. The staff is always friendly, even when they are busy (which is often). Keep up the great work!

This particular KFC is one of the few remaining locations that still offers a buffet, setting it apart from others. The restaurant is well-maintained and quite clean. While it may not be very spacious, it also does not feel overcrowded.

I'm not sure how this restaurant manages to stay open. I requested and paid for white meat, but they gave me a thigh and leg instead. I had to wait a while for my order. The service from the girl was not great either.

Absolutely terrible. The fries were cold, the bun on the chicken sandwich was hard and stale, and the chicken itself was old and stale. This was by far the worst KFC I have ever had. There is no excuse for serving food of this quality.
