IL FARO restaurant & bar - Albany

The restaurant was short staffed and the food took a very long time to come out but the wait staff were kind, empathetic and did comp us a drink and dessert for the extended wait. The food was excellent and worth the wait.

Always an excellent meal, wonderful service friendly staff and atmosphere.

Val, our waitress, was great! and we met one of the owners, who has repeatedly stopped checking us. we would like to come back and make this place a “normal” place!

Amazing gem we found at a visit in albany. daily special was the best short nativity and polnta they have ever. we also had a fantastic fresh flow succin and prosciutto with pea dinner, which was also delish! great wine selection available and dessert to cover a wonderful experience. friendly and attentive service from all in il faro makes this a top pick in albany safe ... can not wait to get back!
