Fried Chicken And Pizza - Albany

Love Ralph's! We stopped after an appointment in Albany my husband used to live in the area and hadn't been here in over 20 years. He used to love the pizza and said the pizza taste the same as he remembered it. Great service, too. We will be back soon.

My girlfriend and I got takeout for dinner tonight. When I got home, I realized they didn't give me the soup or vegetable that came with my entree. We had also ordered their sizzling hot fries, but they just gave us regular fries. When I called to let them know of their mistake, they offered only to either come back and get it (no way, it's a half hour round trip) or credit us for next time. Needless to say, there won't be a next time. I asked them to instead just take the price of the fries off the order but they would not do so. As for the food, it was mediocre. My fried haddock and our fries were just okay and my girlfriend's personal pizza was subpar. However, the wings were good and so was the rice pilaf.

Food is ok but they never get the times right for to go orders the times are always 20 to 30 mins more idk if we will be ordering anymore!!

Great Staff. Family friendly environment with a large menu from burgers and pizza to full course meals. Great homemade soups daily meal specials. Absolutely fabulous bartenders make for a great time out.

Thomas, the delivery driver was super friendly! Delivery was earlier than projected which was surprising but very nice. Their shrimp scampi was absolutely outstanding among the best we ever had anywhere! The chicken parm was great and the pasta that came with it was cooked perfectly. All special food instructions were followed perfectly. The driver respected the all social distancing instructions. Overall an excellent experience! WE had tried Ralph's many years ago and, frankly, were not overly impressed. We are going out of our way to patronize local restaurants during the pandemic so we decided to give Ralph's another try. We were quite pleasantly surprised and we will certainly be ordering food from them again pandemic or not.
