Speedway - Alamogordo

Manager was rude when I came to her with a coupon on my phone. Phone says I can use at this store and have before in the past. She said she can’t use coupon even though I used the same coupon yesterday. Due to her refusing the coupon it expired within 5 mins now I can’t use. I won’t be back. If the customer comes in with something that it says can be used at the store don’t tell them they are wrong in the rude manner she did.

I recently been there July 29,2021 I also recently pick up my senior dog's ashes we gotten a frappe it's pretty good if I had my way I would go there every time n get a frappe n food for me and my dog

Quite possibly the filthiest bathroom I 've ever encountered. And since it 's a gas station, I didn 't have high expectations to begin with. The men 's bathroom was closed, so Womens was unisex , there was urine in pools on the floor, and of course urine and feces everywhere imaginable. Disgusting. Guess since they 're in the middle of the ride between El Paso and Ruidoso/Cloudcroft, they know ppl stop for gas anyway, so absolutely no incentive to keep the amenities usable. When I informed the ladies at the front counter, they just stared at me with a smirk. Just absolutely disgusting.
