Wendy's - Alamogordo

Wendy’s had no good time. it was as delicious as I remembered! clean location and friendly staff!

I love Wendy's. .most of the time, but not this one. There were 3 other customers when I walked in, waiting on orders they had phoned in. At least 7, possibly 8 employees, which seemed like no one knew what they were doing . I waited 11 minutes just to place my order of a small Chili, and another 10 minutes before I got my order, then another 4 minutes to get the 3 packets of chili sauce and 2 ketchups. I left and ate the chili in my car, with the added sauces, like I always add . It taste good but is was very watered down, the liquid was almost clear even after adding ketchup . I'm sure it was an off day for those employees but I got better service when it was during a rush hour, which this was not. No excuse for the seemingly watered down chili.

Good food. Typically gets my order right. Very average all-around experience, but never a bad experience.

The inside of the restaurant was dirty and they had only been open an hour and a half! I asked for a towel to clean my table and I was told to hold on.....so I found a way to clean it myself! The table had dried on chocolate shake and a lot of the tables were dirty and it seemed to have been dirty from the night before! I love Wendy's but I was quite disgusted w the way the lobby and tables looked and the soda area was unclean too. I asked to speak w a manager who blamed the front counter person and didn't take action herself! That's poor management! She should have helped the front counter girl who was extremely busy! This was on Sunday 3/27 at 12:30pm!!

I love eating at this place. They make the best fries in the world. However, my most recent experience made me never want to eat at this one again. My brother and I wanted to go eat here today and we tried opening the doors and they were locked. I looked through the window to see if anyone was eating and there was and a worker who was cleaning up a spill and we knocked on the door. The worker who was cleaning up the spill came over to help us. As he opened the door he asked if we needed any help and before I could say anything his manager came over, screamed at him over God knows what and when he came over to us he rudely told us that they were closed and slammed the door in our faces. My brother and I were so embarrassed and irritated for the rest of the night. I don't plan on eating at this Wendy's again because of the way we were treated.
