Starbucks - Alameda

I'm not the most dedicated fan of Starbucks, but I must commend some of the staff members that work here. Some have fallen off the deep end as their customer service was lacking, but others are just doing the best they can and are indeed trying their best to provide great customer service to those that come in. I used to live near here and it's had its ups and downs. I've had a few of the hot sandwiches here and they're good. The coffee depends on the type... the Ethiopian origin coffees are usually my favorite which I normally get if they are what's being served. I don't normally review a Starbucks, but this location is special. Highly recommend :

Actually just went here on accident, my order was at the one just across the bridge. But the guy was super friendly and was actively trying to find out why my order wasn't there when I realized the mistake. So, costume service alone would make me order here next time.
