Faction Brewing - Alameda

Wonderful view of the city across the bay. Solid pale ale too. Plenty of parking and seating areas both indoor and outdoor.

Good beer. Good burger. Great waffle fries. Great layout. Great views of the city. I went during the day, but I can only assume it's hopping in the evening.

This is one of the most unique and coolest breweries I have ever visited. Staff were awesome and had great recommendations. The views from the massive outdoor space are spectacular. Very sad we could only spend an hour here.

Hilariously over priced boring beers. Their flagship ipa is $9 and taste like soap. It’s basically just every version of a pale ale you could imagine on tap. If you’ve got tech money, I’m sure it’s not a concern, but no way in hell can you justify the price for the product. I will say the brewery itself is very clean and they have plenty of tables. And the staff seem pretty cool.

Modern West Coast brewery with a huge piece of real estate on the former Alameda Naval Station. Excellent beer selection, all brewed on site. There is plenty of room inside or out, with panoramic views of the SF skyline. Great place for families, and on the weekends, there are usually events in the adjacent lots with entertainment and food trucks. Faction rules!
