Papa Johns Pizza - Alabaster

The first time I ordered from Papa Johns. I made an order to execute. I called to see if they could deliver it. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and could change my order for delivery. My order was delivered in less than 15 minutes! The delivery driver was very polite and friendly! The pizza and cheese sticks were very good. It was the best pizza I had. I will definitely order from them again soon! Go on!

The new pizza sandwiches ordered. The buffalo chicken had no buffalo sauce or ranch it was completely tasteless. The meatball had no pizza sauce and they sent garlic butter. If they were done right, they might have been good.

Management at the Alabaster site is this msg for you. Please stop setting young, inexperienced people who have ZERO cust serv skills. The current COVID situation does not mean lowering the standard qualifications when setting. In other words, do not come as desperate.

Even after a mistake of my own actions, they gave me a discount and a free bottle of water. The employees have always been friendly and accommodating. We have been and will continue to order from this branch.
