Chuck #039;s Roadhouse Grill - Ajax

This place has quickly become a regular for us. We love the staff, the food and the people we've met there. Food and drinks are also reasonably priced considering the economy.

The manager here is AWFUL. Friend got a drink spilled on him, ALL over him and his outfit probably cost about $400. They brushed it off as if nothing happened. They made us CLEAN THE TABLE too and asked if we had enough towel to clean it. When we asked if there was any compensation for it, they called the manager and she came out yelling at us as if we did something wrong. Will Never come back here again!

My (now) boyfriend and I had our first date here and this is where we made things official. It's our favourite spot and Amy is our most favourite server from anywhere we go eat. She's so fun and personable.

Dirty establishment with staff that doesn’t care to serve you. Server brought out food and knocked over my friends beer onto his Nike tech fleece and also all over our table and food, then left. We patiently waited assuming they were bringing replacement food for the stuff that the beer was spilled on. We had to ask the next time she came around for a replacement for all the soggy food. Not only that but we had to ask for the paper towel to clean our table lmao. When I asked them to take something off his bill or maybe a dessert to make up for his ruined clothes. She acted like we were asking for the world, my friend didn’t even care about getting a discount or anything, I just asked because any other restaurant would compensate for a similar situation but instead, the manager came out yelling saying we are not giving out any free food. Poorly run establishment

We chose this place since we weren't that hungry and was specifically looking for a quick late night bite after going to the gym. We were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant wasn't that busy and there's plenty of parking. Our waitress was nice and we received our food fairly quickly. Great for decent food at a good price, especially since all appetizers are 1/2 off after 9pm (with a purchase of a drink). The ambience isn't as nice as the pickering location but I would definitely come back here since the service is much quicker.
