The Vale Hotel - AITKENVALE

I had an amazing time last night at Karaoke. The staff at The Vale were fantastic and showed me that you can have a great time without getting overly drunk (I wish I had known that when I was 18). Karaoke is held every Saturday and I highly recommend it to everyone. It feels like one big happy family. Thank you to The Vale for a memorable night!

We are grateful for the wonderful experience we had at The Vale for our daughter's 1st birthday on 20/11/16. The staff exceeded our expectations and made the day truly memorable. The food was amazing and the children enjoyed the activities provided at the kids club on the tables. Our waitress, a young girl whose name we are unsure of, was extremely kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for everything.

In the vale hotel, four of us have gone into the bar and ordered three wee and three soda waters I have the wrong one, the is four dollar extra and I got double the amount so that the big size I got also five...dollars each for a soda water and then when I asked them when they have avocado, they said have a game on the menu. what are we at the childcare there are no more people going. 10 minutes later we still have problems with the app there are two aliens standing behind the bar that calls for home.

The vale was my native, 1km from home. but now I don't find a smartphone without service. slow internet when renting a smartphone or tablet. bring her reading glasses to read the menu on the smartphone. not recommended for older people or not. tech savvy .

I give this 0 stars. Accomodating was disgusting. Could not stay there due to the bad smell in the room. Had to move a car full of drunk people out of our car park park. There was also a lot of sketchy people hanging around...the outside of the rooms. Told reception staff that we could not stay there due to the uncleanliness of the room and feeling unsafe, we asked if we could get some sort of a refund. All they said was “I’m sorry but no”. We handed the keys in and went and booked some more accomodation elsewhere. Waste of money
