Ihop - Aiken

Service was kind of shoddy. Didn't get greeted had a disorganized reception staff. Waitress barely came by the table. The cheese sticks are sub par and the sauce taste watered down. Took more than an hour after arriving to receive food. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time of our visit. Waitress told us it was busy but the party that came in after us got food paid and left before we could even get a refill. When I received main dish bacon was hanging off the plate touching the table. Asked for a desert after the food and it arrived quickly. The server is friendly and made small talk. Never received fresh fruit with a pancake order until after we received the check.Wheelchair accessibility: It's there

Ordered curbside pickup online. Told them when I was on the way, told them when I arrived. No one was coming out, even though it was 5 minutes after pickup time. I had to go in myself to get it. Then I wasn’t given my full order, so I had to go back in to get it corrected. Just not a good experience at all, especially for something that was supposed to be convenient.

Not busy food came out in a timely manner and the service was great

Really disappointed I came after the rush but still had to wait. Only time I saw my server is when she brought my drinks, bought my food and dropped off my check. Never once did anyone come and check to see if I wanted a refill on my drinks or if the food was ok.There were others in my section waiting on food as well and all I could hear was an excuse as to why their food was not ready. Apparently it is was several large parties as one excuse. No manager came out to check on anyone, or let them know there food was coming. I've worked 10+ plus in the restaurant business and was again very disappointed.
