El Pollo Loco - Agoura Hills

The Chicken Taco al Carbon was beyond my expectations, possibly the best deal Ive seen all year. the chicken was grilled perfectly and complimented by the onions and cilantro. its my new favorite.

The tortillas and sides at this restaurant were excellent, but I was disappointed by the 3-piece Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo. The chicken was cold, and it didn't taste fresh. This was a letdown for me, as I have never experienced this in my 30+ years of eating at El Pollo. I hope it was just a one-time occurrence.

I do not recommend the chicken bowl. It was like a bowl of mush with no white meat chicken.

The restaurant consistently gets 4 out of 5 orders wrong, regardless of whether it's through Door Dash, drive-thru, or walk-in. Perhaps they should consider lowering their prices to reflect their subpar service. This time, my order was missing the guacamole, but at least I received the chips.

This is absolutely the best el pollo loco out of them all. They serve the best quality meat and everything is a little more upscale at this location than the other ones in the valley for sure and service is good. The only negative I could say is they do leave something out of the order a lot or don't put white meat in when I ask as opposed to dark meat.This is next to my job so I just make sure to check my order fully before I leave or eat it and everything is A OK.
