On my last visit to this restaurant, I hoped it was just a temporary issue, but now I've experienced it for the fourth time in a row and still can't dine in. It's drive-thru only. Service: 1 star.

This place is notoriously slow. Even with zero line up, it took 7 minutes at the window for our order (3 breakfast combos. When it finally came, they forgot one of the sausage and egg English muffins. After another 5 minutes, she hands me a bag and off we go. When I open it up, I find my sausage and egger on a hamburger bun instead of the English muffin I ordered...twice. A&W is already overpriced, but now you get to overpay for slow service and the wrong food!
