Pizza Hut - Abilene

This is the worst pizza hut ever. They are extremely slow for no reason. I have been waiting over 30 min on a door dash order and they are not even busy. Not alot of customers in the lobby at all.

Our family loves to order pizza, and I just have to say this Pizza Hut, and their staff have always been very kind. Always go grab anything if they forgot it, always very kind and just all around great people. Never have we had one complaint. Very appreciative for the delivery drivers for being the best! Will always recommend.

This was a sad experience tonight in a very disorganized restaurant. Appeared to be plenty of staff hanging about, but no one with any motivation to get the buffet going on time, it was 30 minutes late, and the salad bar was depleted when we arrived and never was restocked even 30 more people walked in while we waited. One server looked as if he was homeless with long hair and disheveled clothes that were filthy and a coat with the sleeves down over his hands while he waited on people and carried food. He gave the bill to the table next to us who had not eaten yet because the buffet was literally only half set up once they did bring food out, and he spilled plates on our table then walked away and punched a wall. Not sure we'll go back.

Charged me a large and gave me a medium in a large box and said that that was a large. They only get 2 stars because the cross-eyed lady was nice and attentive.

Needs a way better managers and cooks. Service sucks, food sucks, their buffet is a joke they keep the same pizza out even if it goes dry an all, no meat on the buffets taco pizza, way too much marinara sauce, thick crust isnt fully cooked, order any pizza theres hardly any cheese or toppings even if you say extra yet its still $20+??? And if you try to put pasta out on the buffet make sure theres some freaking meat in it for f sake same with pizza!!!
