M & R Grill - Abilene

A small place in Abilene worth a try. The service was friendly and attentive. The mushroom Swiss burger I had been tasteful and well made! The atmosphere on the terrace was beautiful. We certainly enjoyed our meal.

Good food, fast and very fresh. Good service, polite and precise. The pack I got was just as I had ordered and everything in it was fresh and tasted great. The place was clean and well maintained. They quickly brought me to the streets without problems or complaints.

Last week moved to Abilene and that was the first restaurant we tried! If I had more than 5 stars. Great food, great prices and a friendly staff. Will 100% repeat customers!

Don't wait. Server has led our decisions wisely. I even had a Hawaiian ale. Very good. Pulled pork was all it should be with claws and pimples. Fried pork fillet sandwich, fresh cut and fried crispy. No food service in this joint! Ask for salad dresses. All Mayo-based dressings you want. Nothing oil is based, who would want that?!? I love midwest food. Beg the culture! If you want crepes, go back to California! Only real food served here! I will return!

Passing through Abilene, KS and found the best chicken fried steak we've had in years. No frozen chopped steak here. Good Ole fashioned hand breaded tenderize sirloin cooked just like mom used to make. Friendly folks and bartender made it a great time.
