JoJo's Fish and Chips - Abbotsford

Was reccomend to come here by a friend and boy was I surprised. I set my expectations low but this place blew me away. The food was cheap, good, and plentiful, I was full for a while. I reccomend this place to anyone (omelettes are the best btw).

This cozy restaurant is a perfect choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly meal. Prices have remained stable over the past 8 years, with most items on the menu priced under $10. The food is simple but tasty, and no dish costs more than $18. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly servers add to the charm of this restaurant, making it a pleasant dining option, especially for the local senior community.

Great food, very reasonable prices and the staff are very nice as well! My only problem is not with the food or service , it's with the owners. I don't know how many times I've come in there and there's been one or two servers running around like crazy doubling as hostesses as well as waiting tables, it's ridiculous. Anyways, great homey place to eat, just wish the owners didn't run the place like a sweat shop.

Let me tell you about Jo Jo's. The first time I went there was with my old boss. This place has the most affordable and delicious food I have ever had, and I've lived in Edmonton, Waterloo, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and more. They offer a breakfast special with 2 pancakes, 2 sausages, 2 bacons, and hash browns for only $4 - it's unbelievable. Their burgers and sandwiches are also fantastic, and almost everything on the menu is under $10, except for the fish. I highly recommend this place, the staff is friendly. Sometimes they forget to bring extras like hot sauce or ranch, but they always make sure to bring them once they remember. The only downside I have experienced during my many visits is that they usually only have one section open at a time, so you may have to wait a few minutes even when there are 10-12 open tables. It's a bit annoying, but it's worth the wait.

My husband and I just had the 2-piece cod fish and chips, and it was fantastic. The restaurant is not fancy, but it's a nice little greasy spoon café.
