Koenig City - Aachen

Only popped in for drinks on the terrace and to people watch friendly staff and very comfortable and not expensive

A nice place to visit to relax and a couple of beers after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in Aachen. Situated at the beginning of the main shopping street, this bar/cafe offers many types of beers and snacks.

From the menu it's obvious this is more of a cafe bar than a restaurant, but the service was prompt and the beer (Koenig pilsner) was good, I also ate a wienerschnitzel which whilst not earth shaking, was decently priced (11 euros) and filling. Probably best just to call in for a drink either before eating or after, but decent enough place in a fairly central location.

If you're in Aachen, you should have been here every time.

Super big rustic pub (I apologize for coming from Cologne) we drank delicious beer here and the food was really delicious! The staff is fleeting, so the beer here is cool all the thumbs up
