The Cascades - <a href

Cute, casual townie spot. Bagels are actually quite good. Breakfast burrito was a miss, for me.

One of the more affordable and delicious lunch spots in town. they close on the earlier side so be mindful of that. soups, sandwiches, desserts all good here!

The sandwiches from here are a perfect 10. Honestly words cannot do justice to express how unique, homemade tasting and delicious they are. This is a must when you're in Hudson. Highly recommend!

Breakfast burrito was decent and the hot chocolate was just what I needed at the time.

When you come to Cascades, get the waffles! Some of the best homemade waffles I have ever had. I think there's coconut mixed in the flour mix. They were soo good and I don't like coconut generally.
